Best chicken fried rice in Harlingen

Flavor and consistency was way off. My chicken fried rice was more like a soup.

Been 2 times past month. Both times food not hot and small portions. The first time just communication to server who said sorry better next time. The 2nd time food was warm but egg rolls barely room temperature so asked for others. We received the egg rolls 15 minutes after packing up the leftover. Used to go to restaurant consistently but will not return unless change in process

Food came out in batches and took a while. I found metal in my food, as per waitress it was from the scrub brush they use to clean the wok, like that made it ok. Food tasted great though but service needs improvement.

Very tasty just wish there was more chinese vegetables than american vegetables. My daughter loved her meal.

I normally don't do reviews but after having a non-dinner there today I feel like I should speak up. First of about 90% if the food is ice cold including the both kinds of rice. I had finish eating some of the ribeye. I was finishing on my pork-chicken dish and start on the beef and Broccoli when I cut a piece of meat and a wire about a inch long fell out of the meat. I quit eating all together. My boyfriend spoke to a manager about the food being cold and show her the wire that I found. My boyfriend is a cook. This manage said that they used a wire brush to clean the grill. My boyfriend told what should be used instead. My boyfriend also barely ate. All we got was 10% off our ticket

Horrible service. Waited 10 mins to be seated. Food took 40 mins to get to our table. Had request it to go by the time the foid came back packaged, i only had 10 minutes to rush back to work. Owner was on the phone for 10 mins before sitting us. Terrible, waste of money and time

they have a sampler they offer for appetizers was super hard and tasted stale, I received an unidentifiable meat on a stick and filled with more mystery meats thought other things they offer.

hate is a strong word. I was not going to get served (lone customer) before a party of 12, since there is only one server. There was a young lady handling front desk who could well have taken my order. I had told her I was ready to order. It's a work day for me, I knew my meal would be coming in a very long time. I left.

Loved this place. Reminds me of everything I miss about Chinese restaurants from the 80s.

Terrible waitress service, very distracted, not attentive and without interest in serving customers

FOOD WAS DELICIOUS but to bad the service sucks. I had to get up numerous times, for our spoons, refills(by the way they charge for refills) soy sauce and to ask questions about other dishes I was planning on ordering to go but the young ladies were no help so I didn't order to go. Other besides that, the place was nice looking, clean and GREAT GENERAL CHOW'S!!! I will return, hopefully next time the young ladies give better customer service.

This looks like every generic Asian restaurant around but the food is probably the tastiest ever had in a Chinese restaurant... chicken curry and the almond chicken were phenomenal and the egg rolls were fresh and awesome as well.

This restaurant easily had the best Chinese food I've ever had. 10/10 would recommend.

Service was slow to start but I've waited longer at other places before. Once she turned her attention on my table the service was good and the moo goo gai pan absolutely the best of any place I've been with a very large portion of vegetables and chicken and at a very reasonable price I'll definitely stop here again when Passing through Harlingen.

Better than Panda express

Food is awesome!! Probably the best Chinese food in Harlingen. Very reasonably priced too. They are also very generous with their servings.. We will definitely be coming back..

Awesome food ....taste was awesome

The experience was horrible. It took forever to get seated and then it took forever for the staff to come take our drink order. After waiting another 15 minutes for our drinks we finally got up and informed the staff we weren't staying and were going somewhere else. I had high hopes for good Chinese food but I won't be back here to eat.

These people almost caused my 12yr old daughter to choke. She had the broccoli and beef. She found a large piece of plastic wrapping in a bite of food and almost choked on it. What the hell is wrong with your cooks? How many times has this happened? We'll never order from here again. Need a picture? I have a few.

I called 8:50pm to place order was told no because you close at 9:00 but your hrs run till 9:30 im confused
